David was very professional and great to work with. He was very understanding of our needs, he listened to what we required in an apartment and he worked hard to find the most appropriate apartment for us to live in. David would often meet us in the evenings and we never felt any pressure to take a place we didn't like. I couldn't recommend David more highly for his knowledge of the market and passion to keep his customers satisfied.

I had the good fortune to click the link to Siam Distinction while searching for a condo to rent in Bangkok. We all know what is considered ormal\ for service in the rental market. Their service was very good. I was well cared for, and no details were overlooked. The experience was not a simple \show the unit and leave affair\. My questions were answered before I arrived to view the units and my \indecision\ about a particular unit was catered for with follow up visits with the same level of service. Both David and Aoy demonstrated that they are willing to spend the time and effort to ensure their clients are not only happy, with the initial experience but are satisfied with the final result. I can indeed recommend Siam Distinction if you are looking for an agent to assist you in the Bangkok area.
I met Aoy from Siam Distinction twice this year so far, and due to her honesty and accurate advice saved myself being cheated by other agents who were selling leasehold and not telling me the truth. I will only deal with Aoy now as i know she has my interests at heart not her income.
